TheEuropean week of regions and cities was completely digital this year, making it posssible to still meet and develop togehter in spite of the pandemic. ELARD was contributing in many different sessions and participting in even more sessions. ELARDs own organized session had 126 registered participants and was a true success, with good ideas and interesting outcome.
