Ten organisations from Spain, Estonia and Belgium participate in the European project EC4RURAL to foster the clean energy transition in European rural areas. With a budget of 1.6 million euros, the EC4RURAL project will be implemented in 2023-2027.

Powered by predictive GIS mapping, regional policy alignment, and an EU-wide network of Local Action Groups, REROOTED transforms demographic challenges into sustainable opportunities for local authorities, businesses, and civic organizations across the continent.

SOILSTICE brings together local and regional authorities, researchers, farmers, land managers, policy networks and grassroots organisations to turn European soil ambitions into practical local action. At the heart of the project are Territorial Management Agreements (TMAs), a participatory approach that helps communities work together to protect and restore soil health. Over three years, SOILSTICE will co-create 40 TMAs across at least 11 European countries, engage more than 10,000 citizens and train over 200 local authority representatives, creating solutions that can be replicated across Europe.
