“Smart Villages” will be the theme of the 3rd Croatian Rural Parliament, organized by the Croatian Rural Development Network (HMRR).
The two first Rural Parliaments, held in 2015 and 2017, gathering 200 and 300 participants respectively, addressed the topics “How to keep young people in rural space?” and “Co-operation until full development”. Both Parliaments issued a declaration sending messages and proposals to the wider public and decision-makers at European, national and regional and local levels.
