We are looking for an administrative coordination officer.
Duties to be filled:
- First mailing and phone contact
- Managing Members contact list,
- Homepage coordination and administration
- Manages Member fees
- Manages Council, Members meetings and General Assemblies (Summon, coordination, and
minutes) - Manages AGM for ELARD, with calls for meetings
- Bank-contact person
- Lawyer contact
- Manages accountancy
- Assistance to the Presidency
More duties can arise during the contract.
We can offer a contract for monthly invoicing of 1 400 €. You can be based anywhere.
