The project’s goal

REROOTED brings together local communities, researchers, and policymakers to actively shape the future of Europe’s Rural areas. By combining advanced socio-spatial research with grassroots action, the project co-creates innovative, data-driven solutions to adapt to shifting demographic trends. Powered by predictive GIS mapping, regional policy alignment, and an EU-wide network of Local Action Groups, REROOTED transforms demographic challenges into sustainable opportunities for local authorities, businesses, and civic organizations across the continent.
