At the 30-years LEADER-event, the conclusions for Halmstad declaration was first drafted.
The event was succesful with 149 participants from 22 countries finally coming together to talk about rural development for the first time since almost two years.

At the General Assembly of ELARD on the 30.11.2021 in Halmstad, Sweden and virtually, 33 people participated from 22 countries. Out of these 10 people participated virtually. Decisions were made on the presidency of the year 2022.
