The Toolkit is an online dashboard meant to help guide project holders through EU funding and support opportunities for rural areas in the European Union.

The Rural Toolkit is an initiative of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and Joint Research Centre (JRC), in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI).
It is part of the long-term vision for the EU’s rural areas.
