It voices the general concern that too little of the RFF (that is geared to counter the negative effects of the COVID19 crisis) will be sent and absorbed by the regions that on average have been hit hardest by the current pandemic: Our rural regions in Europe.
Also CLLD is taken tooo little into account for the RFF around EU, a tool that is widely dispersed could be used for a fair distribution of our common assets.
