Training course on biomass from APPR

uP_running project is organizing a capacity building course for agrarian consultants, agro-industry technicians, extension services, agrarian associations who want to know more on the energetic utilization of Agrarian Pruning and Plantation Removal (APPR) wood obtained from vineyards, olive groves and fruit tree plantations.

uP_running wants to unlock the European strong potential of woody biomass residues produced by Agrarian Pruning and Plantation Removals (APPR) and to promote its sustainable use as energy feedstock.

The uP_running project consortium is composed by 4 Research Centrers and 4 Agrarian Associations from 4 different European Demo Countries (DCs): Spain, Greece, Italy, Ukraine, completed by 3 additional agrarian associations from 3 European Outreach Countries (OCs) – Portugal, France, Croatia – with the role of starting replicating the uP_running multiplicative strategy in their countries.
