The aim of the webinar was for Commissioner (AGRI) Wojciechowski to present the Farm to Fork strategy and exchange views on how the agricultural sector and especially the new CAP can contribute to the strategy. The meeting had participation from all the Civil Dialogue Groups under the CAP.
The strategy is not a part of the new CAP, but a part of the European Green Deal to support the European aspiration for healthy, equitable and environmentally friendly food. The strategy is presumed to be somehow included in the new CAP, but is also including recommendations on food consumption and waste.
