After the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding between China Association for International Exchange of Personnel and ELARD, the ELARD – SAFEA cooperation will take a first concrete step by organizing an experts visit to China from October 14-21.
The ELARD Delegation composed of elements of the ELARD Council, including the President, Maria João Botelho, as well as other experts and entities of relevance in LEADER development, will visited two training institutions – a national and a provincial level training centers – and two counties in Jiangxi, a southern province of the People’s Republic of China.
The cooperation mission intends to learn more about the reality of rural development training and rural vitalization strategy at the county level, in order to develop pilot training programs and a pilot rural vitalization program.
