Since writing articles that “something has to change” does not bring so much change, we are instead focussing on what we can change ourselves: the quality of our own work! A task force in ELARD is working on quality and added value in order to help and inspire ourselves in getting better and stronger together.
So far the group has arranged information at members meetings, started up a survey with members and made a public conference on added value. The workshop on added value took place on the 23rd of June. A lot of interesting material and findings from the workshop is still to be found here: http://elard.eu/leader-clld/added-value/. We especially recommend the group discussion papers, but also ofcourse to watch the whole seminar that was recorded and is published on the Added Value-page.
