New webinar – Renovation Roadmaps

We are pleased to invite you to a new webinar

The RENOVERTY, iBroad2EPC, RENOCALLY, and GREEN Home consortia are pleased to invite you to a new webinar, that will be held online on Wednesday, May 22nd from 10:00 until 12:00 CEST and that will shine a spotlight on renovation roadmaps, emphasising the need for these communication instruments to be thoughtfully designed to accelerate renovations on a large scale. It emphasises the importance of combining technical and social expertise to ensure an inclusive approach, that focuses mostly on the most vulnerable citizens, aiming to leave no one behind.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

RENOVERTY aims to foster energy efficiency building upgrades in Central Eastern, Southern Eastern, and Southern European countries, by setting the methodological and practical framework to develop Rural Energy Efficiency Roadmaps (REERs). The presentation will focus on the findings from its first public report, providing key insights on the specificities of energy poverty and energy efficiency in rural areas, derived from the thorough review of more than 100 scientific and policy literature sources coupled with a European-wide survey targeting more than 120 experts and relevant stakeholders for the first time.

iBroad2EPC – Elevating Energy Performance Certificates iBroad2EPC envisions elevating Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) by seamlessly connecting them to Building Renovation Passports. This integration aims to catalyze a substantial wave of deep energy renovations across various buildings, contributing significantly to achieving decarbonization targets.

RENOCALLY – Municipal Support for Building Renovation Building on the methodology of IBroad2EPC, RENOCALLY takes a practical approach by supporting municipalities in implementing building renovation passports. Operating in pilot regions such as Bulgaria, Romania, and Slovakia, RENOCALLY aims to develop a master class offering technical assistance. This initiative is geared toward enhancing municipalities’ access to financing for renovations, thereby bolstering overall knowledge and skills related to the building stock.

GREEN Home – Designing Renovation Roadmaps for Multi-Family Buildings GREEN Home has crafted three prototypes of renovation roadmaps specifically tailored for multi-family buildings. Targeting homeowner associations, these roadmaps aim to unlock long-term planning strategies for owners and property managers.
