As national ambassadors, we support the LEADER Youth Community by providing expertise and aiding in implementing measures across participating countries.
Group Leader
Our vision is to create meaningful, one-on-one connections that transcend typical event interactions.
Communicator
Our goal is to create a clear and engaging communication strategy that positions us in the spaces where young people are active—primarily on social media.
Administrator
As an administrator for our network, you will play a vital role in facilitating meetings and events.
Mentor
If you are over 30, you are welcome to sign up to become a mentor. Mentors play a vital role in guiding and supporting network members while fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Member
As a member of the network, you gain access to valuable information, resources, and updates while having the opportunity to participate in events organized by the network.
About Youth in LEADER
The LEADER Youth Community is a vibrant, dynamic group within the larger LEADER-CLLD framework and initiative, proudly affiliated with ELARD. Our network is dedicated to empowering young people to take an active role in the sustainable development of rural areas. Through a collaborative platform, we support youth engagement in community-driven projects, policy dialogues, and decision-making processes that shape their hometowns and regions. This community enables youth to connect, share ideas, and gain the skills to participate in meaningful transformation.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower young voices within the LEADER-CLLD framework, ensuring their participation in decision-making and community development processes. Young people frequently confront the dual challenges of age-specific disadvantages and the underdevelopment of rural areas. Acting as a bridge between communities and institutions, we support youth in tackling local challenges and innovating sustainable solutions. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where young people can thrive, contribute, and be recognized as valuable partners and proactive leaders in rural development by fostering a space for connection, innovation, and inclusive dialogue.
