Gender-inclusive policies for farming and rural areas

This ELIF (European Local Innovation Forum – an AEIDL initiative) webinar, will explore practical approaches to advancing gender equality in agriculture and rural areas. Drawing on the GRASS CEILING project, the session will present a Roadmap for action (2025–2035) and introduce the Rural Gender Policy Toolkit, including the Rural Women Innovation Compass.

The discussion will address key structural barriers and showcase women-led initiatives recognised through the RUWI Awards, supporting more inclusive rural and agricultural policies beyond 2027.
