INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL BOOKING
We have collaborations with these five hotels. We have reserved a certain number of room in each hotel for you to book. However, the rooms will be released 30 days before the event and then we can no longer guarantee you any room. You book your room on your own. All prices include hotel breakfast.
LOCATION
It takes between 5-10 minutes to walk from the hotels to the venue Halmstad theater. All hotels are very central, but feel free to look at the map at the bottom of this page, for its exact location.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend the conference due to corona restrictions or travel restrictions, it is possible to cancel your hotel room free of charge 30 days before arrival. In case of illness, the rooms can be canceled 24 hours before arrival.
NO CASH
Please note that no hotel accepts cash of any kind. If you want to pay on the spot, card payment applies.
