Radim Sršeň, Member of ELARD Council, is currently the rapporteur of the draft opinion “CoR’s contribution to the renewed Territorial Agenda, with special emphasis on community-led local development” that has been analysed, discussed and unanimously adopted by the Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget, and will be adopted at the 136th plenary session of the European Committee of the Regions on 7-9 October.
